Dr. Jim Amyx

Veterinarian and Practice Owner

Dr. Jim Amyx completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University, graduating with honors in 1996.  He then attended veterinary college at Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine, from which he graduated with honors in 2000. Upon graduation, he joined the U.S. Army Veterinary Corps where he served for six years as the installation veterinarian at Fort Sam Houston, TX and Fort Sill, OK providing veterinary care to Military Working Dogs, government-owned horses, and soldiers' pets. 

In 2003, Dr. Jim was deployed to Kuwait and Iraq at the onset of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is very proud of his military career, especially his Airborne badge, and loves to share his experiences. Dr. Jim left the Army in December of 2005, and has been in small animal, general, and emergency practice since leaving the army.

Dr. Jim shares his home with his children, Claire and Ryan, and his pet Chihuahua Winnie.  He previously practiced as an Emergency Veterinarian at Animal Emergency Clinic SH 249 now North Houston Animal Emergency - Willowbrook. 



Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Jennifer Graham originally hails from California where in 2002  she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology at Humboldt State University.  Dr. Graham earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.  She began her veterinary career in Cheyenne, Wyoming for a few years before moving to Texas in 2009.    

Once in Texas, Dr. Graham began working at the Animal Emergency & Urgent Care Center of The Woodlands where she became very interested in the management of critical care patients.  In 2012, she became a Relief Veterinarian and worked at multiple practices in Montgomery and Harris Counties.  She began providing relief veterinary care for Four Seasons Veterinary Hospital patients in 2012.  Dr. Graham works several days during the week and every other Saturday at Four Seasons Veterinary Hospital. In early 2015, Dr. Graham began working as an Associate Veterinarian for Four Seasons Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Graham's professional interests are pain management, emergency medicine, and providing high quality care for her patients.  

She and husband, David, have a family comprised of a rambunctious toddler named St. John, a patient Jack Russell Terrier named Bret, a domineering 2.5 lb. Chihuahua named Joe, a Chiweenie named Perry, and a moody black cat named Kitty (who has lived with Dr. Graham since undergraduate school).
